Two supported input perspectives
The supplier API accepts the canonical Bifröst supplier package and the documented Heimdall supplier-discovery information. This supports moving source supplier observations into the receiving product’s exchange workflow.
Direct exchange and file exchange
Direct API exchange uses JSON. The product material also describes CSV as a file-import transport. These are different exchange paths and should not be assumed to provide identical API behavior.
Agree the exchange boundary
An integration should establish the source, recipient, intended records, and accepted package version. This public overview explains compatibility at a high level without publishing internal field mappings or transformation rules.
