A purposeful exchange
Import accepts supplier information in the supported exchange formats, including the documented Heimdall discovery information. It provides a route from source observations into Bifröst’s supplier-focused workflow.
Review the intended change
Unlike validation, import applies accepted information. An integration should establish which source and supplier records it intends to send and ensure that the receiving environment is the correct destination.
Interpret the result
The response helps the connected process understand the exchange outcome. Successful transfer does not mean that supplier research or assessment has been completed; it means the supported input was handled by the receiving service.
